Transport interruption & Storage

Transrad has two vital tools allowing us to broaden the possibilities of our logistics solutions.

01.

Authorisation as a “site d’interruption” for the transport of Class 7 hazardous goods, issued by the AFCN (Belgium’s nuclear safety authority). This authorisation allows Transrad to interrupt the transport of radioactive or nuclear materials for a maximum of 15 days.

02.

Authorisation to create and run a Class II establishment, issued by the AFCN. This authorisation means that we can, among other things, store up to 50 packages containing materials with limited radioactive activity.
